Hire our stock on its own, whether or not we are planning your event. Delivered, set up if you want it, and collected afterwards.

Quantities vary by date, so send us your numbers and we will confirm availability against your day. If we are short on something we will tell you and help you source the rest locally.

How hire works
Straightforward terms
Send your list and date
Item types and quantities, the date, and where it is going. We come back with a quote and confirm what is available.
Deposit holds the stock
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due before delivery. A refundable breakage deposit applies to crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Delivery or collection
We deliver around Jeffreys Bay and the surrounding towns, charged on distance. You are also welcome to collect, provided you can transport it safely.
Return
Crockery and cutlery come back rinsed and repacked in the crates they arrived in. Linen goes back as it is — we handle the laundry. Anything broken or missing comes off the breakage deposit at replacement cost.
Please note: exact rates, deposits and delivery fees are confirmed on your quote, as they depend on quantities, distance and the date. Ask and we will send them through.
